What you'll be doing

  • Providing accurate and timely responses to residents.
  • Assisting with residents inquiries while providing support and recommendations on resolving issues.
  • Ensures and provides world class qualify service to both internal and external customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Aiding customers with service related questions and problems.
  • Maintaining quality service for inbound calls, email correspondence and in person visits.
  • Documenting in detail all customer interactions.
  • Reads and interprets customer instructions and response appropriately
  • Monitors and collects all feedback related to resident needs.
  • Continuously evaluates and identifies opportunities to drive process improvements that enhance the customer's experience.
  • Successfully preforms against outlined metrics.
  • Upholds Balfour Beatty Communities Mission statement and core values.

    Who we're looking for
    Qualified candidates will have four (4) or more years of direct customer service experience, property management experience is a plus.  Expertise customer service skills along with strong written and verbal communication skills.  Ability to deal with customers in an uplifting manner while staying calm under pressure.  Technology and computer related skills. 
    Possession of valid Drivers License.  High School diploma or equivalent.
